Missed Appointment
If you do not show up to your appointment, our groomers can enforce a $40 no-show fee.

Please be mindful as a missed appointment means your groomer does NOT get paid.

Cancellations
Please communicate with your groomer if you need to cancel your appointment.

A 24 hour notice prior to your appointment is required.

Lateness
If you are late by 30min or more, our groomers can enforce a late fee of their desired amount.
